Do you want to know more about Japanese people and their culture, or simply enjoy nice food and conversations in a relaxed atmosphere? On the last Friday every month, one of our Global Kitchen staff will prepare authentic international cuisine, such as Mexican, Spanish and Indian for the party.

Anica-san cooked a delicious indian buffet for August's "Melting Pot" international party! The menu included:
- Coconut Prawn Curry - Chicken Curry - Chicken Tikka Wraps - Onion Okura - Sweet Carrot Dessert
- Capsicum and Potato Salad - Masala Peanuts - Naan - Basmati Rice   We had delicious food and a great time, so don't miss next month's Pot and Anica's Indian set lunch on the Global Weekend.

Come and join us for a cozy international nabe session with sake and more! This is also a farewell party for Sophia and Ben who will be leaving Kyoto at the end of month.
