We will be showing a documentary film about Abdullah Ibrahim, a legendary African Jazz pianist. This is a great chance to get to know his life story, as well as his music. He will be performing at Kamigamo shrine on October 2nd and 3rd, it will be his third time there. The concerts will be special unplugged, acoustic events, with no microphones or amplifiers, just raw piano and vocals beaming off the timber walls of the shrine. The showing of this documentary is possible thanks to Lush Life, a promoter of the concerts.
